Nightmare

I dream at night    
It's filled with fright        
All alone and dark            
It leaves it's mark                

Filled with terror and fear                    
For you're not here                        
To hold me tight                            
And turn on the light                                
    
I shiver and shake                                    
I can not wake                                        
From this terror I feel                                            
I quake and reel                                                

Wake me please                                                    
With so much ease
